Climbing Jacks
Hydra-Jack™ Climbing Jacks incorporate a hydraulic cylinder inverted inside a specially designed load casing. As the jacks are extended and retracted, block piles are progressively built under the jack for a fast and safe means of raising or lowering large loads or structures.

How do Hydra-Slide Low Profile skidding systems work?
Our Low Profile skidding systems are a simple, effective tool for moving heavy loads horizontally. The load, whether it is a transformer, heat exchanger, or some other heavy equipment, sits on slider plates on a guided track. The push/pull cylinder is connected to these slider plates with a pusher head. This is the piece of the system that makes contact with the load and is then pushed along by hydraulic cylinders.
What is the slide surface on the XLP30 system?
UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) sliding pads contacting a smooth steel surface. Clean system, can be built with stainless steel if required.
When I order an XLP30 skidding system, what is included?
Our standard XLP30 kit includes track sections, slider plates, all connecting hardware, and hydraulic push/pull cylinders. The full system is contained in a storage box for greater protection and portability. We can accommodate most requests for additional components or different track lengths. The hydraulic power unit and hoses are offered separately.
Frequently Used Together

Hydra-Pac Synchronous Power Units
Hydra-Pac Synchronous Power Units provide synchronized control of multiple hydraulic cylinders. They are suitable for operation of all Hydra-Slide Skidding Systems, Turntables, Climbing Jacks, and other double-acting jacking applications. These power units are designed with multiple independent oil circuits, providing equal flow to each line regardless of weight distribution and allowing the operator to raise or lower virtually any load equally on all points.

Ekki Jacking Timbers

DW
Our engineered Turntables are extremely simple and low-maintenance, and they solve a big problem: rotating any heavy or oversized load accurately and efficiently, even in areas of restricted access or clearance. Ideal for rotating items such as transformers or generators during handling and installation, they incorporate a reversible, hydraulically powered rotating mechanism for precise control.
